Meal Preparation

  • 3 Nutritious meals serve hot daily.
  • Snacks and Beverages.
  • Diet monitoring as prescribed by your physician
  • Modified meal plan as prescribed by your physician

    • Personal Care

  • Assistance with grooming.
  • Bathing, and dressing on as needed basis.
  • Escort to and from dinner and activities.
  • Monitor resident health and vital signs.
  • Incontinence Care.
  • Wheelchair transfer and standby assist.

    • Medication Management

  • Medication reminders.
  • Medication stored, assistance, and reordered by staff.
  • Medication reconciliation.
  • Family Nurse Practitioner on staff for Medication management.

    • House Keeping & Laundry Service

  • Basic housekeeping.
  • Regular laundry services (Linen, sheets, pillows, and blankets included).

    • Transportation arrangement

  • Assist with transportation to medical appointments, church, religious activities, family functions and shopping.

  • Waiver to retain Hospice Residents.
